Property is somewhat hidden, a bit tricky to find. It was very hard to try to communicate with the hotel prior to arrival. Upon arrival, I was sad to find that the main thing that attracted me to this property...the natural pools were not available due to maintenance, they had been drained. The beach area below is only available for access during a certain time of the year due to the tide. The view from the pool out to the ocean is amazing, food from the restaurant was good and staff was friendly. Room was spacious but water kept backing up in the shower.

My stay was very warmed and welcoming, the receptionist showed the room before entering in case any inconvenience which personally I think is very ethic and good service. overall I loved my stay.

The staff was attentive and processional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The service was excellent. We feel some of the facility areas may need an update, but we would still highly recommend the hotel.
