The house is situated in the Urbanización La Torre in El Puerto de Sta. Maria between Vistahermosa and Aguila. Despite being well connected by private as well as public transportation and offering all the infrastructure for the daily life (coffee bar, hairdresser, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, ice parlors, bookstands, shops of all sorts) it is a peaceful and quiet area. The closest sand beach is 5 minutes away by car and less than 10 minutes by bicycle with alternative beaches not much farther away.
