Sleeps up to 4 people\* (4th with surcharge ) it is spacious, bright and nicely decorated and equipped. It has air conditioning/ heating and free WIFI . The building , stands out for its modern plant with very modern urban details. Inside, the apartment has been decorated with functional furniture, with a romantic touch and features a large private terrace perfect to meet for lunch or just for coffee. Distribución Living roomwith air conditioning, flat screen TV and double sofa bed. It has direct access to the terrace. It is a lightful and quiet part of the flat. Kitchen, equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washer and fridge. It has a very good size and direct access to the terrace. Double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and a large capacity wardrobe. It is a very nice and quiet room, ideal for rest. Full Bathroom, inside the bedroom. It has been nicely decorated in white and blue tones. Sheets and towels are provided for every guest. Private terracewith table and chairs to enjoy a meal with the maximum privacy. If you want to rent an apartment in the center of El Puerto de Santa María, this is your place. The downtown area is famous by its live atmosphere, both day and night. There are many bars, restaurants, shops and services within easy reach. Nearby you find the well known restaurant 'A Poniente', whose chef, Angel Leon, currently has two Michelin stars. Near the apartment building there is a low cost parking lot, the train station is 5 minutes walk and the beaches of Valdelagrana and La Puntilla, are also 5 -minute drive. \*Prices shown are based on a two-person occupancy.
