If you want to experience complete serenity in a pristine garden landscape, then this place is for you. My wife and I celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary in one of the two king suites. We stayed.for.four amazing nights dining once at the Terraza during happy hour and twice at the Grill. While the dinner options at the Grill are much fancier, the food at the Terraza was also amazing. We shared the fried calamari with jalapeños and a couple of glasses of Chardonnay that was part of the Happy Hour menu. My wife ordered the tacos while I had the flatbread with prosciutto. As for the Grill, we switched to a local wine, a Château Tumbleweed by Miss Sandy Jones. This was so good, we also enjoyed it at both our dinners in the Grill. Our meals were an order of the scallops with mushrooms as an appetizer to share. These were amazing. My wife had the crab cake appetizer as her main while I had the king salmon. The salmon is made differently every week. This week it was soaked in a bourbon glaze. The second time, we both went with meat dishes to celebrate our anniversary meal. My wife started with the escargot as an appetizer. While these were not made in the traditional way served in a cup with plenty of garlic, she still loved them. These were more cut up already. I had the Southwest corn bisque soup with chicken. Our mains were fabulous as she went with a petite filet with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. The room was spacious and large, the contactless check in was smooth and easy. They had the roll away bed which was actually super comfortable. Stopped by the bar and the bartender was super nice and she made us the most amazing espresso martini. The tub was a nice treat, super deep and very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.
