Beautiful studio in the heart of Kern. Walking distance to enjoy some of the most iconic Restaurants and Bars in the Cincinnati Ave. 4 minutes walking to the Madeline Park, the most beautiful park in El Paso. Easy access to freeway (I-10) and 1/2 mile close to University of Texas at El Paso. Providence and Las Palmas Hospital are within a mile away. Walking distance to the Bus and Tram stops to Downtown in 5 min. All the amenities included, independent keyless entrance, private patio, Netflix.
