Das Apartment ist super , einfach und gemütlich fast als wäre man“ zu Hause „ paradiesische Anlage.

Die Vermieter , Caroline und Ulli sind einfach enorm herzlich und hilfsbereit. Zum lieb haben eben . Über Fewo habe ich auch nur positives zu berichten.

Prima Lage,schöne Unterkunft

Carolina und Uli sind sehr sympathische offene Gastgeber. Die Anlage an sich und die Häuschen sind sehr schön im Inselstil gebaut und eingerichtet. Sehr gute Ausgangslage in die nahen Wandergebiete. Absolut zu empfehlen !

Je nach Wetter gute oder schlechte Unterkunft

Was hat mir gefallen: Schöner Garten Angenehme Vermieter Was hat mir weniger gefallen: Wohnungen haben wenige und nur kleine Fenster. Heisst - bei schlechtem Wetter, dass im Winterhalbjahr in El Paso vorherrscht ist v.A. Aufenthalt drinnen angesagt. Man sitzt in einer kalten Dunkeln Wohnung mit sehr wenigen und kleinen Fenstern. Dazu kommt, dass die Sitzmöglichkeiten wenig und unbequem sind. Heizung lief 2 Wochen durch. Pool aufgrund Wetter nicht nutzbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen. Besser weiter runter nach Ost oder West. Gibt viele wärmere, angenehmere Wohnungen. Gruss - Lea & Felix

Centraal gelegen finca

Goed gelegen finca op het midden van het eiland. Naar stranden zowel links als rechts van het eiland in ongeveer 25 minuten te bereiken. Auto is een must. Huisje is eenvoudig, geen luxe maar alles aanwezig en typisch Canarisch. Fijne sfeer en rust. Temperatuur kan soms laag zijn 19 graden en dan is het zwembad te koud, maar met helder weer is het heerlijk in de tuin en zwembad. De centrale ligging is zeker een pluspunt !

Authentiek, gezellig en typisch Spaanse Finca. We voelden ons direct thuis. Prachtige tuin, mooi en schoon zwembad. Fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen. Uitstekend bed en goede WiFi verbinding. Contact met Carolin en Uli fijn en gemoedelijk. Via hen ook huurauto geregeld. Prima auto voor redelijke prijs. We gaan beslist terug naar Primavera 😃👍🏻

Alles da was wir benötigen, um erholsame Urlaubstage zu haben

Die Anlage kleinteilig, zentral gelegen, in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage Ruhig, sehr sauber. Verwalterin Katharina freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Gasheizung funktionierte nicht, doch wurde sofort eine gut funktionierende Elektroheizung zur Verfügung gestellt, die wir abends auch gerne nutzten. Deutsches Fernsehen, Internet. Gute Küchenausstattung für Selbstversorger. Alles andere wie schon positiv in den anderen Rückmeldungen besprochen. Wir empfehlen diese Anlage gerne weiter!

Prachtige tuin, rustige plek, mooie omgeving, dicht bij strand, wandelgebied en los llanos

We hebben genoten van onze 2 weekse vakantie in casa 3. Bed was prima en ruimte was sfeervol en schoon. Fijn dat je een eigen terras hebt. Omgeving is prachtig, je zit zo in het wandelgebied, en 20 minuten rijden van het strand van tazacorte waar de meeste zonuren zijn van Europa. Snachts was het heerlijk stil. De tuin was prachtig onderhouden en heel leuk dat er kippen waren en je kon meegenieten van de kruiden uit de kruidentuin.

Gemütliche, saubere Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Garten

Wir haben herrliche Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Leider konnten wir den traumhaften Garten nicht so ausgiebig genießen, weil das Wetter im November etwas unbeständig war und die Abende schon recht frisch waren. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen liegt die Ferienwohnung genial.

heerlijke plek met gastvrije ontvangst

we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. We hadden een fijn huisje waar alles was wat je nodig hebt. Gastvrije ontvangst. Gebruikmaken van en uitzicht op mooie tuin met zwembad en ligbedden. Voldoende handdoeken aanwezig, dus die hoef je niet mee te nemen. De laatste dag dat we laat gingen vliegen mochten we nog de hele dag blijven, dat was ook heel erg fijn. De plek is heel centraal op het eiland. Je kan wandelingen al starten vanuit het huisje. Verder is het wel fijn een auto te hebben.

Tolle Woche in Casa 3

Wir waren eine Woche in der Finca Primavera in Casa 3 und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist ein Traum, alles ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin Katharina war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Gerne empfehlen wir die Finca weiter und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Zwei volle Wochen Entspannung pur! :-)

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in der Casa 3...wir haben uns echt sehr wohl gefühlt und sind sehr entspannt gewesen. Die Casa entsprach ganz der Beschreibung und wir haben die Sonnenterrasse reichlich genutzt! Der Garten hat uns übrigens richtig begeistert - vor allem die Weitläufigkeit des Anwesens und die Kräuterecke, ganz zu schweigen von den Hühnern, mit denen wir sogar in einem Fall eine echte Freundschaft geschlossen haben. Um es kurz und knackig zu sagen: es hat sich gelohnt, hier zu sein! Ein riesengroßer Vorteil sei insofern erwähnt, als dass wir unsere Insel- und Wandertouren von der Finca aus relativ zentral starten konnten. Die Insel hat uns jedenfalls in ihren Bann gezogen... Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt, der einer Wiederholung bedarf, zumal die Insel wunderschön ist - aber das brauchen wir ja nicht extra zu erwähnen. Von daher vielen Dank für die Zeit auf der Finca und auch vielen Dank für den sehr netten ersten und natürlich auch weiteren Kontakt sowie die unkomplizierte Buchung der Casa. Es hat alles super geklappt! Herzlichen Dank noch an Katharina, die immer ansprechbar war! Viele liebe Grüße von Achim & Johanna.

Entspannte Woche auf La Palma

Wir waren 6 Tage in der Casa 3 und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt... auch und insbesondere durch und mit dem netten Service von Katharina und ihrem Mann. Der Garten: Wirklich schön. Die Lage zum Insel-Erkundigen perfekt. Das Rte. Cascada eine nette Empfehlung unsererseits... Wir kommen wieder. P.S.: Ich hatte dieses Dominizil wegen der sehr seltsamen Bewertung aus dem Sommer 2013 ausgewählt, eben weil diese so blöd war... und wirklich richtig entschieden und gedacht: Der Preis ist angemessen (absolut!!!), der Garten natürlich schön, die Kanarienvögel anwesend und zwitschernd, der Service gut, das Apto. sauber und funktional. Da ich meist allein reise, war für mich der nette Kontakt vor Ort durch die deutsche Hausverwalterin sehr angenehm. Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen, man kann direkt von der Haustüre loswandern und das Casa 3 ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Ich würde die Finca jederzeit an Freunde und Bekannte weiterempfehlen, was ich auch gerne mit dieser Bewertung mache.

hervorragend für Idividualisten

Gemütliche Ausstattung, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Beschauliches Umfeld, das Entspannung garantiert, dennoch guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Land. Nette Betreuung und eine gute Empfehlung für Individualreisende.
