He even went out of his way to accommodate our stay for an extra day which we truly appreciated. The home is located in a great community and very close to restaurants and shopping centers, which made the location very convenient. Upon arrival, we went around choosing our rooms, and I noticed the home appeared dusty and there were visible stains on the walls. I’m not one to complain, so I didn’t mention it initially.However, when my sister arrived with her family and a newborn, she immediately noticed cleanliness issues in her room. There were pet hairs on the desk and hair on the pillows and bedsheets. She also had to purchase Clorox to clean the shower floor, which had yellow soap scum or urine buildup around it. The corners of the floors throughout the home also had noticeable dust and stains.Additionally, basic household essentials such as trash bags, toilet paper, and napkins were not provided, so we had to go out and purchase them ourselves. Unfortunately, the backyard was a major letdown. The sitting area was not inviting at all—torn and dirty cushions made it unusable. The playground was in bad shape, with a broken slide that wasn’t secured properly, making it unsafe for my grandson to use. Since the playground was a big reason I chose this house, this was very disappointing.Inside, the home was in good condition overall, but the master bedroom toilet didn’t flush properly, which was frustrating. This place has potential, but the outdoor space desperately needs maintenance. This is a very nice property in a very nice neighborhood. There’s a grassy park just across from the house that’s wonderful for walking your dogs. In El Paso neighborhoods grassy spots are hard to come by so this was a very nice surprise! Close to highways, shopping, and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive and nice. Has 2 tvs one in the living room and one in the main bedroom. It was clean. There was nothing wrong with the house. A few disappointments for us were that the kitchen did not have a blender and their pots and pans were limited. We were coming together with family and it was hard to cook when big pots and pans were missing. Besides that it was a fine house. ##### Charlene V.
