Touring band on our way to Albuquerque the room fit all six of us comfortably and was quite and accommodating for all of us to get a good nights sleep

Building needs updated. Pool was never open and when we took a look it looked dirty. Breakfast was cold bread was hard, no fruit at all. Room did not have smoke detector. Couch in room was dirty with stains. Had to take my key to front desk to re-program 2x and the girl that did it the 2nd time did not say a word to me even though i said please thank you have a good afternoon, did not get a word from her at all. Like the area where it’s located due to having options where to eat and shop.

The rooms are in very bad condition, broken moldings, my daughter scratched her arm on a piece of wall, the molding was missing in the shower, full of hair, the pool was super dirty without a sign saying it was of no use.

I booked this hotel on Expedia because it had an indoor pool. The pool was out of order. This could’ve been listed on the ad for the hotel. However that wasn’t the only thing out of order. The vending machine, and all the Ice Makers were also not working. The blanket on the bed was a curtain instead of a true comforter. The bathroom in the unit was dirty. There were no towels. I am deeply disappointed in this experience. And I still have to endure this for another 2 nights. Absolutley horrific!

At first we had room 215 but when we walked in someone was already staying there so they transfered us to room 221 but the A/C wasn't working there so they transfered us to room 211, the A/C wasn't working either until late at night I discovered the filter was completely clogged, the shower faucet was stock so the shower didn't work, there were no towels in the room, there was not hot water in the sink, there was no remote for the TV. Overall it was terrible, we will never stay there again.

Made the reservation under one name, and went back in to Expedia to change name. Got everything changed and at time of check in receptionist would not let us check in due to her saying that other name was still on reservation. We showed her multiple times that reservation had been changed and she still said no to letting us check in. Asked to speak to a manager and she said he wasn’t available. Asked when he’d be in and she said I don’t know. Made us make a new reservation and pay AGAIN. and assured us manager would fix issues and refund for one room. Since only one room was used and really double booked for nothing. Have been calling all day the next day and have been given the run around about the manager. “Oh he’s not in” “oh he’s at the hotel next door” “oh he JUST left and won’t be back” or plain out “what is the problem” from regular employees. Such un professionalism from receptionist and honestly just lack of care. Do better management and get people who are willing to do their job and help people out instead of making us waste $200 for nothing.

The manager here is the same manager as the place (Sleep Inn) across the parking lot. He was very rude!! The rooms at Quality were absolutely disgusting, dirty, stunk and the door to one of our 2 rooms didn't even lock. When we brought it to their attention it was as if they already knew the condition of these rooms. So why are they still being rented out?! This place really needs to be demolished and remodeled. The front clerk at Quality did offer us rooms at Sleep Inn across the parking lot and since it was like 1am, we took it. Getting settled into our rooms took nearly 2 hours. Then we were offered a comp but it had to be through the manager who wasn't available at that time so we went back in the morning and he refused and didn't even apologize for what we went through. Upon check out at Sleep Inn he was there and although I was being helped by the young boy at the counter, he stepped in and refused to give me a receipt! He said I wasnt allowed to have it because I reserved my room through Expedia. I have never heard of this or had any issues before, even at other Sleep Inns. He was rude and unprofessional. We will never be back!!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However the building is run down, and the room was very dirty. The bathtub was extremely dirty the sheets and pillows had stains. The front desk staff was accomodating, upon checking in to our room we open the door and the room was never cleaned so we got moved another room. This place was very broken down, smoke detector in our room was missing, the security lock was broken. The floor was dirty and got our socks black. The tub was dirty and black. The sheets were dirty and stained and we didn’t even get blankets. They didn’t have enough towels to give us either nor did we have hand towels or floor towels. The young lady in the front was very rude and not helpful.

this staff is amazing.the hotel itself was horrific. the indoor pool would be opened and closed. should have remained closed there was a film on top of the water with brown fuzzy stuff along the bottom. one staff member advised us it was not safe. that they wouldn’t get in it. health department needs to check out that pool. no laundry for guests as advertised in the room the bed frames are sticking out so prepare to either bruise, scratch or cut your shines and feet. the couch was stained. the shower floor has mildew. shower curtains moldy we found a nice hairball in the bathroom as well. not to mention the big bubbles above the shower from the room upstairs. carpets are scary as well. i feel so bad for those employees busting their butts to help their guests the best they can with the conditions of the building itself. whoever owns this ought to compensate that staff. then be held accountable for the condition inside.

Do not stay here.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We first caled ahead asking if we could check in early, we were told by the front desk that we could, so when we arrived we were turned away stating that they could not allow early check in. Once we finally checked in the hotel room was dirty, the shower was full of mold that we could not even use. We told the front desk and asked to be switched rooms, but then we had to wait several hours before we could move to a different room. The sheets and blankets had burn or cigarette marks on them despite it being a non-smoking room. When looking for a hotel we were looking for an indoor pool so the kids could enjoy themselves for a bit, we had also called ahead to find out if the pool would be open and available, but after checking in and having trouble with the room we later found out that the pool was closed and not able to be in use.

Terrible experience first room we walked into had a shopping cart and dirty. Second room we were moved to the door wouldn’t lock anyone could walk in. We ended up with an ok room but the tub was dirty. The pool was closed. Breakfast was also horrible coffee was cold and the food wasn’t good. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

DON'T STAY HERE !The elevator didnt work . The shower didnt work . They put us on the 3rd floor in a run down room next to the freeway so all we heard was loud traffic. The front dest girl didn't bring us the sheets i had to go get them . The morning front desk man was rude . The breakfast and coffee were cold . The only thing good was the waffles.

The rooms were disgusting. There was hair all over the tubs and floors. The pool gave us chloride poisoning. There was 3 skunks outside of my window horrible. And there was electrical outlets without any base covers.

We stayed for one night. We arrived at around 9pm. First of all, we reserved a 2 bed room and they had the reservation for a handicap room. Got changed. They said because it was booked throuhg a third party, we needed a USD100.00 deposit. I understand, i paid them. We were told the deposit will be credited back after check out, which it didnt. I called 2 days after and they said it was going to reflect that night or the day after, which it hasnt been reflected. After we paid deposit and confirmed reservation, they put us on a third floor, but they told us the elevator wasnt working and we had to take the stairs.. by the way, the restrooms by the pool were also out of order, so you had to go all the way up, throught the stair, to use the bathroom... very inconvinient. The bathrrom in or room was in a very bad condition and the carpets were filthy. The next day. My wife and daughers needed to use the hair dryer, but guess what? Wasnt working. I went down to the front desk but of course they didnt have a spare.. also the juice machine wasnt working..i better not talk about the breakfast.. Not recommended at all

Hotel or Flop House?
Helped drive friend after cataract eye procedure. Price thru App very good, convenient location, HOWEVER: 1) MOLD behind shower head, 2) Leaky head spray washed mildew down the wall/stall into tub, 3) Support bar came OFF in my hand, almost fell in wet tub; 4) "Built-in" mat slippery, well-worn, 5) A DIRTY washcloth was left on the sink by housekeeping; 6) If the only 2 bath-size towels were any thinner, use them as a screen on windows, 7) Asked desk for 2 more, clerk acted “Why?” as if it was an imposition or necessary for 1 person to need 2 towels to dry, 8) Feet dirtier after show when walking on the carpet, 9) Was a MAJOR (looked like blood) round, heel-sized stain a few steps inside entrance just outside bathroom; 10) Door did NOT have a safety lock or way to prevent forced entry; 11) On the outside of the door someone chiseled a gouge by the lock and door frame; 12) TV remote and channel selection was worse than a jail, 13) Breakfast left much to be desired. White bread, 1 type bagel, standard muffin, coffee cold when breakfast opened. 14) When was the last time the hallway carpet was professionally cleaned? Best part of stay was Pride Land breakfast coffee. Could keep urns filled during the day as a nice touch. Location convenient, but hotel was a major downer. Management/ownership needs to be taught How To operate a hotel. This form did not facilitate attaching photos of several points raised, above.
