Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. The suites are big and comfortable. Only issue, we had a room with one of those adjoining doors to the room next door. The people next to us were loud and you can hear everything across these doors, especially at 1:30 in the morning! Going to make sure our next stay we get a room with no adjoining door!

Hôtel bien situé dans un immeuble de style 1920. Downtown est à une 15zaine de minutes à pied. Vue imprenable sur Ciudad Juarez si comme moi avez la chance d’être en étage élevé. Petit déjeuner très médiocre, les plats proposés sont insipides et servis dans un gobelet peu pratique. Séjourner ok, mais ne pas petit déjeuner sur place.

The property was nice in a good location. I did not like walking into the room and finding someones dirty sock and a dinosour toy on the floor of the room. Also outside the shower would flood after every shower. It seems like the tile at the bottom of the shower door is draining out instead of into the shower.

It was a modern hotel built wthin a 50,s office building, think doctors, dentists, accountants etc. Unique, but all modern amenities.

Nice modern location the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of choices to chose from for eating near the location and its walkable. Parking was a little difficult i did not do valet parking so that i was the only issue.

Our stay was wonderful! Staff was so welcoming from check in to check out. The lobby area was a great environment to hang out at. The area had some great restaurants and bars to walk too. We will definitely stay again.

Love this place
Hotel is close to lots of restaurants and interesting sites. My room was clean and the bed was very soft. The staff were excellent very nice and helpful. If I ever need to go to El Paso again I will definitely stay here.

Not our first time here, however the girl at the front desk this time around has a crappy rude attitude She wouldn’t even say hello to me but to my husband since they were old acquaintances she kept asking personal questions about if he still kept in contact with her ex. After I posted my review on Google during my stay her attitude got worse. Petty, childish behavior. Doggie friendly hotel is the only plus side. Rooms are okay, small in size In the early morning you can hear the dumpster trucks driving around even if you’re in the 9th floor Also has a bar in the lobby which seems to be only open 5-11 except Sundays No actual parking only valet which is 19 a night but the guys running the valet are quick to retrieve your vehicle…a lot of bars and restaurants in the area within walking distance

Mattress needs to be replaced!
The hotel is amazing, we stayed in a double bed room. One of the beds was perfect but the other mattress needs to be replaced. It was well worn in but other than that room was perfect!

The bed is very comfortable. There is a daily fee to park at the hotel if you have a car. 10.00 per day The staff was friendly. Easy walk to down town. The rooms are very small. No sitting area other than the bed. The suites may be bigger. we were out and about most of the trip. For a long stay I would look for a larger room. The restaurant attached to the hotel has excellent food.

We asked for housekeeping after our first night and they did not touch the room or provide clean towels. Front desk was very pleasant and provided clean towels and coffee replenishment upon request. Valet serice for car was prompt and courteous, with the exception of parking after dark; there is no access driveway and you need to understand it is the valet asking for your keys when you are not in front of the entryand they are not wearing any uniform to ID them as hotel employees.

I really liked the way the hotel was integrated with the older structure , also the rooms with 4 per floor was great. The staff qas awesome and the bar was very nice. I will stay at an Aloft again.
