"Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Alina's villa in Playa Ocotal. The villa was very clean, exactly as described in terms of layout with a unique and intriguing design, and even better in person than the pictures! There is an expansive sense of space throughout the rooms and the views from the infinity pool looking out at the ocean are unforgettable. There is easy access to the beach via walking and driving is an option as well with plenty of places to park. The check-in/check-out process...

"Overall a very nice property. the views are beautiful and the house is very well equipped. Bedrooms are spacious and AC cools the rooms very quickly. The property managers were very responsive and Al is a very nice guy that we enjoyed talking to. We were a little disapointed that the outdoor speakers did not work, and some of the essentials that are listed as included in the property decription were not in the house. No Shampoo, soap, Paper towels and garbage bags when we arrived, was told...

"Accueil très sympathique. Le personnel est très agréable, souriant, disponible, très arrangeant. On nous a même changé notre roue qui avait crevé. Chambre spacieuse, fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner copieux et complet. Piscine très appréciée en fin de journée. Très belle plage et bon restaurant à proximité. Tout était parfait et nous y retournerons volontiers."

"Showed up & the head lady kept saying we only paid for 1 person when we had confirmation for 2. Tried to more money out of us when we already paid for the room. The pictures online was why we got the place. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! They had 2 queen bed pushed together with sheets that had stains all on them. No blankets, no AC. We had to ask to have the AC unit to be turned on & they said we had to pay more if we wanted AC!!!! Knowing it’s beyond hot at 8 pm. Room didn’t look like it had been used...

"Before I got to the house, I made sure the owner knew there were 12 of us, and he said he would have two extra beds. When we get there, there are beds for only 6 people. Then they had two sofas with an sleeping thin mattress. One of them was okay, not good but okay. The other couch, the mattress of it was so dirty and gross we removed it. We called and complained, and they brought us an air mattress to put on top. Two hours later we notice it had a hole. Only 6 people slept on a bed, everyone...
