From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle. "Todo perfecto. Lo mejor la localización en una isla cerca de big lagoon y small lagoon. El hotel organiza las actividades de tal manera que estamos solos, sin gente, en lugares con paisajes. espectaculares. Ademas el snornel en la playa del hotel es increíble. También puedes coger un kayak para ir a preciosas playas, cuando ya se han ido los tours y estar solo. Una maravilla "

"I booked and I had room B111 pool side only problem was I would not get in the pool because it was unhealthy in my opinion algee on the pools walls and the waiter was green. The pool by the bar was very clean and attractive, but that was not the one that joined my room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Hope you correct this for your future tenants. Your staff is outstanding "

"The people are so nice. So many friendly staff members. Good was great and changed items on the buffet every day. Spacious, clean, beautiful resort. Private snorkeling beach on the back of the island. 2 morning tours and 1 afternoon tour that will take you to most of the good stops of tours a, b, and c for free. The staff to guest ratio is the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone was quick to answer any questions or guide you in a direction. "

"Best place to stay at El Nido!! Staff was helpful attentive. Transportation shuttle was very flexible. Housekeeping made sure our villa was clean and pool was clean as well. Restaurant has so many options it was hard to go eat at other places outside the resort. "
