We decided to drive over to the beach, drive because it looked like a much more than the listed 7 minute walk to the El Cuyo Playa. It took more like ten, fifteen minutes drive to get there and when we found a lot of trash, bottles plastic trash styrofoam, diapers etc. not e place where you would want to spend time.The "trash station" had no trash cans, just a mountain of trash strewn around it. The playa had a foul smell from trash and likely from a lot of rotting sargasso, seaweed on the beach and in the water.
