1. las sabanas estaban manchadas y no las cambiaron.
2. se me robaron durante los dias de la estadia unos audifonos bose y unos airpod completos (caja + audifonos) . pusimos el reclamo pero nunca aparecieron.
3. Cuando limpian las habitaciones no ponen toallas limpias. Cada dia hay que llamar a pedir toallas. (solo se llevan las toallas y no las reemplazan)
4. la srta de la recepcion demoro 15 min en el checkin sin darme las llaves ....me pidio $ 20 usd de propina y en cuanto se los di inmediatamente me dio las llaves. Es decir sin la propina no habia llaves.
