Place needs upgrades. There were permanent stains on bed quilt and there was an open fast food condiment on the floor

We were placed in a room that was next to someone who lives there, and that person was up all night, banging the wall, talking loud slamming the door. We requested an upstairs room and were told that was only given to people with a family. I would not recommend this hotel.

Checked in and the room was okay but hasn't been cleaned or dusted in a while. Floor was dirty as well as the shower with boogers from someone's nose dried to the wall in the shower and 3 mouse sticky traps sticking out from under the dresser and lots of dust balls and dead insects. House keeping didn't come and clean the room daily and came by once and I was about to get in the shower and she started knocking like the cops and when I didn't answer she opened the door even though I had it locked and then acted shocked when I walked out the bathroom half naked to stop whoever was coming in. She gave me a towel and 1 roll of toilet paper and left, didn't offer to clean the room or change the bed sheets.

Centrally located and comfortable, just what was needed for a night. Walking distance to restaurants and transportation. In-room appliances were welcome. I would stay here again

Couldn't get on the internet. No one answered the phone in the office when I called them. No Coffee to make in the room. Sheets were torn. Floor very dirty between sink stand and shower. Bed creaked every time you got in and out of bed or turned in the bed. Probably is our last stay at Budget Inn.

Sorry we dont have coffee in the room. There is no dirt between the sink and shower its grout for tile. Beds are 3 months old.

The worst service ever on top of he charged two deposits and keeped them both the manager is rude and disrespectful i recommend no one stay at the budget inn

sorry but you have to accept to truth that you had smoke in room and drugs which we had informed the police depso they can investigate. deposit paid for not smoking in room 25.00 when you requested you have no money i had given 10.00 for taxi. We wish you good luck . We dont want guest like you.

Cheap clean place to sleep
It was good for it's purpose. Just needed somewhere cheap to sleep for the work week. Homeless in the dumpster next to the room was loud one night. Was able to park my work van directly out of my front door which is a bonus. Mattress could use an upgrade. All in all it served its purpose.

The room was better than I expected. The office was totally locked up and the check-in was done through a small window. I would stay there again if I was in the area.
