With an area of 59 m² and a 6 m² terrace, this 4th floor apartment with a lift has two bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and the second with a single bed, providing capacity for three people. The apartment is equipped with heating via electric radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the living room, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year. In addition, the building has a communal swimming pool and offers an underground parking space for the convenience of guests. Underground parking is available in the same building. Please note that if the car is of large dimensions, it may be complicated to park, but you can always park on the street for free. Without the need for a car, you can easily move around the town on foot or by using the tram (Alicante, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, etc.). The open-plan kitchen is modern and functional, with an induction hob and equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, as well as cooking utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. In a good location near shops and bars, a bakery and train station. We couldn’t work out the electronic key system when we arrived despite following the instructions and spent a frustrating 20 minutes trying to get into the apartment. This remained temperamental throughout the stay, not always working straightaway. The shower tap didn’t work and was stuck on very very hot which was inconvenient. The flat would benefit from some additional plates but otherwise was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay overall though. ##### Shirley M.
