THE LIVING AREA Living room features AC, 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even an Xbox game console. THE BEDROOMS Furnished with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, Sofa Bed, 1 Crib (3-sided), and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. The King Bedroom is on the ground floor with a walk-in shower. THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar, and salt. Dining tables and chairs, both inside and outside, for at least 10 people. The house gives you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. Guest access You have access to the entire unit on the RIGHT side of the property. There is another unit on the LEFT side of the property with its own parking and entrance. Because the pool is shared, please follow common-sense shared pool etiquette as if you are in a public pool.
