The property sits within an estate of subtropical fruit trees such as mangoes and avocados, just 150 meters from the village of El Borge and 25 minutes from the beaches of Torre del Mar. The house was built using traditional materials such as wood, clay, and warm colors, which give it a rustic and cozy atmosphere, without sacrificing modern comforts. On the upper floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, and a cozy air-conditioned living room.
