The decoration of this house plays between stone and wood, traditional elements that define the traditional homes of rural Andalusia, combining and harmoniously integrating into ceilings and walls. Soak up the warm and welcoming atmosphere they provide; they will captivate you. The generosity of the rooms in the villa becomes evident when entering the house, its 260 m2 of living space spread over two floors. There are ten bedrooms, three located on the ground floor, each of which has a double bed, and seven on the first floor. Of them, four are furnished with a double bed each and three with two single beds each. On the first floor, there are three bathrooms with shower, just like the one on the ground floor. Moreover, there is an outdoor bathroom, located right next to the porch. The living area of the villa comprises a large dining-living room with fireplace and a completely equipped kitchen. Nine bedrooms and the living area are provided with air-con. On the porch, you will find a useful barbeque, a refrigerator, and a large dining table where you can relish delicious dishes with your friends and relatives while enjoying some splendid views that stunning dawns. The house features a table tennis table and a basketball court to enjoy yourself during countless moments of leisure. Moreover, the fantastic private pool with views of the surrounding hills and a pergola where to enjoy unforgettable moments. Access to the isolated holiday home is via a 4 km dirt track from the main road. Being situated on the top of a hill, the track leading to the villa is characterised by bends and slopes and, at some points, flanks the mountains, next to chasms. It is therefore not advisable to choose this house if you suffer from vertigo. I stayed recently with my friends for our 30th birthday celebration. It was so perfect. The villa is in the most incredible remote location in the mountains. The views are spectacular and so dreamy! The villa was perfect for a big group, had everything we needed and was spotless. The owner, Miguel, was Very friendly and helped our taxis get to the villa, as well as the chef we had arranged. The villa is remote so you need to bear that in mind when booking anything or if you’re planning on leaving the villa. We stayed at the villa the entire weekend so it wasn’t an issue for us. Wünsche wurden schnellstmöglich geklärt, wenn was fehlte wurde es besorgt. Die Mängel die vorher beschrieben wurden sind behoben. Die Finca ist für die Lage und Umgebung super. Du bist in der Natur und um dich herum nichts. Der Weg, bzw. das letzte Bergstück hat es jedoch in sich. Der Weg ist nicht asphaltiert und uneben. Kleine PKWs mit wenig PS und voll besetzt und beladen haben eventl. Probleme die 2-3 steilen Passagen zu meistern. Die Fahrt zur Finca wurde jedoch mit der Zeit immer besser, da man den Weg kannte. Wie von allen vorherigen Mietern empfohlen, liegt es auf einem Hügel mit einer Landstraße am Ende, also kaufen Sie auf jeden Fall einen SUV und kommen Sie nicht mit einem Stadtauto. Die Betten waren etwas unbequem, aber nichts, was wir an diesem langen Wochenende nicht verkraften konnten. Wir hatten wirklich Glück und hatten im November das perfekte Wetter, sodass wir tagsüber die Sonne am Pool genießen konnten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und hatten eine tolle Zeit mit meinen Freunden. Danke noch einmal! Die Aussicht ist malerisch und so unfassbar wunderschön. Der Weg zu Unterkunft ist absolut machbar aber ein kleiner Abenteuernervenkitzel ist auch dabei :) Die Betten/Matratzen sind für mein persönliches Empfinden etwas zu hart, konnte dennoch gut schlafen. Die Küchenutensilien könnten aufgestockt werden - waren 12 Personen und es hat bei dem einem oder anderen Sachen gefehlt bzw. waren es zu wenige. Konnten uns dennoch perfekt behelfen. Der Pool ist super und hat sehr dazu beigetragen, das man öfter einfach daheim geblieben ist :D Der Besitzer war sofort vor Ort als wir fragen hatten und hat uns auch am Abreisetag länger Wohnen lassen, da wir sonst zu viel Zeit bis zum Flug hatten, die wir nicht hätten nutzen können. So konnten wir die Aussicht und den Pool nochmal richtig auskosten. Wenn wir wieder mit so einer großen Gruppen nach Málaga verreisen sollte, ist das definitiv die Unterkunft die ich wieder buchen würde. Von notwendigen Gegenständen in der Küche, die fehlten, bis hin zur Einrichtung von sehr nüchternen Zimmern mit bescheidenen Betten. Es könnte etwas mehr Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit gebrauchen. Wir selbst hatten auch viele Probleme mit Wespen und durch Pech 2x einen platten Reifen auf der unbefestigten Straße nach oben. Ob Sie draußen auf der Veranda sitzen oder im sehr großen Wohnzimmer speisen - überall ist viel Platz. Selbst wenn alle in der Gruppe duschten, gab es immer genug heißes Wasser. Miguel hat nur begrenzte Englischkenntnisse, hat sich aber sehr bemüht, es uns bequem zu machen. Als wir uns beschwerten, dass einige Zimmer nachts besonders kalt waren, lieferte er am nächsten Tag zwei elektrische Heizungen. Das große Minus an dieser Immobilie ist die Straße, die dorthin führt. Die 15-minütige Fahrt, um es zu erreichen, klingt wie ein schönes Mini-Abenteuer. Ich würde diesen Ort für Abenteuersuchende empfehlen, die keine täglichen Ausflüge in die Stadt planen. Die Villa war großartig und hatte die meisten Dinge, die wir brauchten. Miguel, unser Gastgeber, war sehr aufmerksam und traf uns spät in der Nacht und wir folgten ihm in seinem Auto den Berg hinauf zur Villa. Die Strecke war stellenweise sehr staubig und steil, aber mit unserem kleinen Party-Mietwagen bewältigbar! Die Betten waren bequem und es gab jede Menge Pfannen usw. für uns 9\. Ich würde empfehlen, ein paar Proviant mitzubringen, wenn man an einem Samstag zu spät kommt, man muss sich also nicht schnell zum Laden begeben! Toller Ort, toller Aufenthalt.
