The property can really use some TLC. The carpets are worn, and the curtains had holes so that the light shine through.
The breakfast was fine but did not get cleaned.
The hotel also seemed to attract drifters who hung out in the lobby
On the plus side though, they were very dog friendly.

This hotel has "great bones" but it seems to have fallen into disrepair. Our room had a few minor issues (toilet running, perfume smell on comforter) which the manager graciously rectified. The restaurant offerings were mostly deep-fired pub food and there was no breakfast at all. Staff were pleasant and efficient. One unavoidable element is the ghetto motel across the street, making safety a concern.
