Welcome to "Knöpfle", a beautiful 3-family house located in Eisenbach, Germany. This property offers a prime location on the outskirts of Titisee-Neustadt, just 10 km from the city center. Nestled in the district of Hochschwarzwald, the house enjoys a sunny, elevated position on a slope, just 300 m from the edge of the forest. With a yard, internet WiFi, and parking available, this vacation rental provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
The property's surroundings offer a wealth of outdoor activities for nature enthusiasts. Walking paths are accessible right from the house, and a cycle lane is just 30 m away. Ski enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to a ski lift and sled run, both within 100 m. Cross-country skiing is also available with a track located just 2 km from the property.

You will be staying in a 2-room apartment on the upper ground floor of the "Fewo Knöpfle" property. This spacious and bright unit features beautiful furnishings, including a living/dining room with a sofabed (120 cm, length 180 cm), a dining table, and satellite TV (flat screen). The living/dining room has an exit leading to a private patio. There is also a double bedroom with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV (flat screen). Additionally, the unit has an alcove without a window, which provides another sleeping facility (1 x 100 cm, length 180 cm). The large, open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The property also features a bath/shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
Your vacation rental at "Fewo Knöpfle" includes a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable. You will have access to a large patio measuring 18 m2, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue area, offering beautiful views of the garden. The unit is equipped with a washing machine, and essential items such as a children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer are provided.
