When I booked on Expedia I booked a standard room I selected the wrong one a standard room can be a room with 2 twin beds.. my receipt only said standard room so I didn’t realize I had made a mistake. Ms.Martina the manager on duty was unwilling to make a simple change and I called Expedia Gold… although I am now platinum and still Expedia would not contact the hotel to help me get the right room. What do you think about that? I went to the Expedia website and I saw that they still had other standard rooms at the same price available. So they just didn’t want to do it. And Ms. Martina gave us the noisiest room. The person upstairs must have had dumbells and continuously dropping them. I am sure that these hotels give Expedia customers always a bad room at the end of the hall or near the elevator. And never is Expedia able to help you with a problem, they say sorry sorrry. I better off fighting gwith the hotel directly by booking with them directly I think then they would appreciate the $170 a paid a little more. I unhappy with Ms.Martina and Expedia!!!!

I love staying in the Holiday Inn in Eindhoven. It's comfortable, quiet, very reasonably priced, and a short walk to the Eindhoven Centraal train station using the pathways located under the elevated roadways. (Exit the station on the side by the small Albert Heijn shop.) Hotel staff were helpful and highly professional. My room was equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker and a frig/minibar, spacious and nicely furnished, with a comfy king-sized bed and a great view across the city. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit.

Good experience
Our stay was good. The hotel bedroom was big and comfortable. The hotel is well located, near the downtown and the bus station. The only negative fact was that the pool wasn't available when we stayed due to some problems. The breakfast is nice too.

Overall disappointing. Room in need of deep clean, especially the shower. The meal I had in the bar was very poor and twice I said it was not good but totally ignored. Having stayed there many times in the past, I would not want to stay again.

Einhoven stay
Excellent hotel and the room was a great size for 3 people but the gym and pool being closed was a massive let down especially for the kids and that was the only negatives about the stay.

Great location. I walked everywhere and it was a snap to get around. Can rent a bicycle from the hotel as well and they have a convenient bike corral in the back. Great stay!

Very clean and friendly. The coffee machine in our simple room was Nescafe!!! The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had. The same restaurant at night was not only cheaper, than all nearby restaurants, but exquisitely tasty.

I enjoyed a lovely stay at the HI Eindhoven. The premises are kept up to date, the room was really clean, even the pool and gym areas. In general, well kept and maintain hotel, short stroll from Central station and city center, and the staff was helpful and nice.
