The property seemed tired. The staff was nice. It was a place to sleep. Not particularly special.

I chose this hotel because they had a queen bed, and when we arrived they said they didn’t know what a queen bed was. They pushed two twins together?? and then mistakenly moved us to a studio room when we had booked a family suite. The hotel was very unorganized and I’ve never met a ruder employee than maya at the front desk. Pretty sure they are serving old food at breakfast and dinner as my whole group was sick. I would not suggest staying here as it is also much further from the main town than advertised. No toiletries provided and constantly had to ask for clean towels, etc for a four night stay. People were hesitant to speak English, but it is a heavy tourist area and we just felt very unwelcome.

The hotel was nice. A lot of kids the weekend I was there. My room was clean and large but at the back of the hotel overlooking a vacant lot. Most hotel staff were helpful.

Nova Hotel Worth it 2 stars.

I've been traveling the country for a month. Israel is beautiful, its people are very friendly and I am enjoying it here. However, the Israelis are absolute beginners in the field of tourism and they have much to learn if they want to attract international tourism to their beautiful country. The photos of the hotels on the internet are very different from reality. I am constantly going through all the hotels that I have stayed in the country. Most of the companies, gyms, luxury restaurants even in Tel Aviv, the web pages are only in Hebrew and don’t have an English version. Thus, it is difficult for foreigners to return since we do not understand anything at all. I have also noticed that people are not very receptive to tourists. The hotel Nova is a complete disappointment. How is it possible that a 4 star hotel is in these conditions? I attach photos of my room. An embarrassment that I have been charged for one night $ 225 USD for such a room. The hallways smell horrible, the windows are dirty, the damages can be seen in the photos. The horrible view from the room. The only positive comment is that breakfast is quite plentiful.

Great place -- for a family with kids!

Really great place for a family. Clean, well lit, lots of food options. We stayed as a couple, so we felt less than enthused about hanging out by the pool with all the kids/families. But that's not the hotel's fault! Really excellent and attentive staff. Important to note: it's about a 10 minute walk to the airport and an 18 minute walk to the nearest beach.

Excellent friendly staff . Very kid friendly . Lots of families with kids. Good choice for a quick and fairly priced hotel. Not Luxurious but more than adequate .

Never again

Horrible. Rude staff, agresdive and even threatining. We left the hotel after one night giving up on the money we oaid for the extra nights. Decided our sanity were more important than staying in the horrible place.
