The 1st floor has an entrance, hallway, storage space and a modern toilet. The living room is tastefully decorated, so you will immediately feel at home. Equipped with TV and WiFi. The atmosphere of the living room has been extended to the stylish modern kitchen, which is equipped with luxurious built-in appliances, such as a dishwasher, combi microwave and 5-burner gas stove with wok burner.  
The kitchen also provides access through French doors to the terrace. The terrace is fully screened and has a garden table with garden chairs.  
  
There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. 1 bedroom has a double bed (180x200), the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 box-spring beds (90x200). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bath and wall unit with double sink. There is also a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.  
  
The safety of small children has also been taken into account by means of stair gates on both floors.  
  
A high chair and cot are available as standard. It is a non-smoking home.  
  
The house has 1 garage at your disposal, suitable for 1 car.
