 Tucked away in the peaceful dunes of Egmond aan den Hoef, this charming cottage offers a serene retreat on the edge of the North Holland Dune Reserve. Surrounded by nature and far from traffic, it's perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking rest and inspiration. Inside, enjoy a cozy living space with floor heating, a sofa lounge, and a well-equipped open kitchen. Outdoors, a sunny terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs invites you to relax, dine al fresco, or stargaze under the parasol. The golden beach of Egmond aan Zee is just a short walk away, ideal for swimming, strolling, or sunset picnics. Explore the dune reserve with its wild deer, unique flora, and scenic walking or cycling trails. Alkmaar, with its historic cheese market, and Amsterdam are within easy reach for day trips. Local dining options include fresh seafood at Eazee or seasonal cuisine at Nieuw Westert. This cottage blends comfort, tranquility, and nature, offering an unforgettable escape in every season.   
 Optional Utilities & Service Package   
 An optional utilities and service package of EUR 50,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.  
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.  
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
