Located within the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, it is in the village of Egliseneuve-des-Liards that this beautiful typical stone house is located. You can spend a holiday in the countryside while enjoying the activities in the surrounding area: the town of Issoire and its abbey church, Vic-le-Comte and its heritage, the villages of Usson and Montpeyroux classified as Most Beautiful Villages in France , the Vallée des Saints in Boudes (unusual site, worthy of western landscapes), the city of Clermont-Ferrand 1 hour away as well as numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. It is composed on the first floor: -a kitchen semi-open to the living room -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bedroom with two 90 cm beds -a bathroom -a separate toilet Below the gîte, on the ground floor there is a community room (not reservable if the gîte is occupied) Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful space with garden furniture and barbecue
