This newly built, upscale condo offers over 3,000+ square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms, ideal for comfort and privacy. Highlights include a gas fireplace, a stylish furnished interior, and a screened-in porch for relaxing evenings. Located just minutes from downtown Egg Harbor and the public beach, Glenlo Vines is perfectly situated for enjoying all the area has to offer. Consider renting the other unit in this building for your group retreat! The other unit has the exact same layout but varies in sleeping arrangements. Check out Indigo Meadow at the Ridge! There is also a neighboring building with four units: La Dolce Vita, Heights Meadow Ridge, Wouters Cabernet Chalet, and Anchor Point Condo. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom. \- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage). Home Truths: Glenlo Vines is located on the upper level of a two-unit building. Please note that guests will need to use stairs to access the home. All Meadow Ridge Condo amenities (indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop, etc) are run by the Meadow Ridge Property Management Company. Simple Life Rentals cannot guarantee that these features will be open and available during your stay. The outdoor pool is being repurposed and will no longer be available. This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings. Property is equipped with a decibel and smoking monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.
