Only stay here in the winter
Woke up at 4.30am and couldnt get back to sleep,way to hot!!! No Air con as such centrally controlled,receptionist told me in the morning that it only comes on above 27C!!!,even at night.....

Overpriced for 2-3 star quality with no air-con
Small room and bathroom. No air-con or fan makes for a very hot room especially at top floor. Two beds pushed together to make a double, uncomfortable. All staff refused to provide ice cubes at all, insisting on “reserving all ice” for the wedding party later on. The rest of us guests were not important enough, and they would not compromise at all. Location is good, a 5-minute walk uphill/up steps from edge of old town pedestrian area. The wellness center in the drab basement is cramped and rather dingy and unpleasant. The rooms are dated with only fair mattress and bedding. Very little space around the bed for luggage or movement. Very small minibar. On site parking at a fair price was appreciated. Good WiFi. I would not stay here again.

The wellness centre (pool, jacuzzi and sauna) is small but of excellent quality. Beautiful terrasse for breakfast, close to town and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and thermal baths

quaint hotel near Eger center
Off street parking (albeit at 5€) was a nice plus, as the street is quite narrow. Unfortunately, some guests use full volume voice at all hours, and this quaint hotel reverberates at times. Proximity to central Eger another plus.

I stayed in the so called presidential suite. The air conditioning did not work in the bedroom, the Wifi was very bad. Is it enough to have a very big room to call it the Presidential suite?

Os funcionários eram simpáticos e prestáveis e o hotel estava bem localizado, no entanto não posso considerar um Hotel de 4*, os quartos mostravam falta de manutenção, as casas de banho tinham pouco espaço para colocar os objetos de higiene pessoal, algumas paredes já mostravam danos, as toalhas não secavam o corpo e os cafés expressos eram pagos à parte (o pequeno almoço estava incluído no valor pago antecipadamente), o que é a primeira vez que tal acontece comigo. À noite, o local de estacionamento dos carros estava às escuras. O hotel tinha sensores em alguns locais, mas por vezes demoravam a acender. Como o hotel era grande, labiríntico e escuro, por vezes era complicado. De manhã faltou a àgua quente por motivos de obras no exterior segundo informações dadas, tivemos que ir tomar banho noutro edifício e mais tarde mudar de quarto. A simpatia dos funcionários e a localização foram os únicos aspectos positivos. Mas está longe de ser um hotel de 4•

Bra service och trevlig personal. Rummen är stora och rymliga. Badrum och toalett är ganska så slitet. Frukosten är inte bra. Wifi på rummen mycket dåligt.

Masakra w Koronie
Obsługa w hotelu fatalna, brak znajomości angielskiego przez większość personelu, klimatyzacja popsuta (działa sam nawiew, ale nie chłodzi), pracownicy udają, że jest OK. Brak informacji, że parking jest płatny, Jak chcieliśmy skożystać ze SPA, to pracownica robiła wszystko żebyśmy nie weszli. Pokoje duże odnowione, ale w kątach brudno, o sprzątanie musieliśmy się upominać, a i tak jakość była beznadziejna, prysznic przeciekał. Geberalnie 4 gwiazdki to chyba złudzenie właścicieli, maksymalnie 3, a cena powala 108 Eur + parking 2,5 Eur + opłata klimatyczna chyba około 1 Eur. Lokalizacja super, ale generalnie porażka.

Sehr gute geographische Lage , nettes und bemühtes Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, kleiner aber reichhaltiger Wellness - und Freizeitbereich. Die umgebende Geräuschkulisse durch umgebende Häuser, war zumindest bei meinem Aufenthalt sehr laut, speziell auch bei den ebenerdigen Zimmern - die Parkplätze im Innenhof eng , zeitweise Probleme mit dem Internet.

Enjoyed our stay here. We had a spacious family room. Good save parking in the closed off area of the hotel. Kids enjoyed to spa and pool and play area with the pool biljard.
