The home is also just far enough away from the mountain to receive a lot of natural light. The first floor of this home features one bedroom with a space heater, a baseboard heating unit, and an en suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, plus another baseboard heating unit. There is also a nice relaxing spot equipped with a sectional sofa, another full bathroom with a heating unit, a tub/shower combo, and direct access to the patio. The patio is partially covered with two Adirondack chairs and a brand-new private outdoor hot tub, perfect for bubbly afternoons. Climb up the stairs and you'll encounter the second level of the home where one bedroom with an en suite full bath, a nice balcony, and the laundry room await! This room features a flatscreen TV with cable and streaming capabilities and a delightful en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub. Last but not least, the third level of the home will be waiting for you! This level offers an open concept that is spacious and bright, seamlessly combining the living room, the dining area, and the kitchen. The living room is the ultimate gathering spot with vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, a small desk, a sofa, two armchairs, baseboard heat units, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen smart TV with cable. From here, you'll have access to a small balcony equipped with two rocking chairs, a great place to relax if you need some time on your own. We came to Beavercreek for a ski trip for my husband's 50th birthday. Great location close to Beavercreek, Arrowhead and Vail! We loved the shuttle that would pick us up at the front door and drop us off at the Alpine Club- super easy! The condo was very clean and well stocked. The beds were soft and they provided plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The downstairs bedroom was a little cold, but they provided a space heater which helped. When we first got there, the hot tub was set on a low temp mode at 99 degrees- I emailed Vacasa on Jan 1 about it and it did take them until Sunday Jan 5 to email me back. We were able to troubleshoot it at that time and reset the breaker, which allowed us to reset the temp to 104 degrees, but we missed out on a hotter water temp setting for half the trip. It wasn't warm enough to really enjoy it at first, which was a little disappointing, but NOT the owner's fault at all. One more recommendation is to potentially provide Kleenex, but that was not a big deal at all! Overall the stay was great and I would stay there again for sure! ##### Eston W. The living spaces were designed with both comfort and entertainment in mind. The plush sofa invited us to unwind after a day of skiing and exploring., while the entertainment system provided endless sports entertainment for my brother and a movie for the family for a cozy night in. We especially appreciated the open-concept layout, which allowed for easy socializing and bonding with our family and friends. The kitchen had everything we needed. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or indulging in a steak dinner, we found everything we needed to whip up delicious meals with ease. The adjacent dining area provided a picturesque setting for enjoying our meals, with large windows offering stunning views. The bedrooms were havens of comfort, each thoughtfully appointed with comfy linens and soft bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep. Waking up to the sight of sunlight streaming through the windows and the gentle rustle of trees outside was a true delight. Outside, the property continued to impress with its well landscaped grounds and inviting outdoor spaces. We spent many enjoyable hours soaking in the incredible hot tub and savoring the picturesque views of the mountains and stars. In addition to the exceptional amenities, the attentive service provided by Vacasa truly set this rental apart. Overall, our experience at Essence at Arrowhead surpassed all expectations. Access to the mountain was quick and easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the location and views could not have been better.
