The houses are so cute and has most of what you need to cook a meal. We came on thanksgiving so we brought a lot of kitchen items with us. The property is fabulous with so many trails we still haven't hiked them all. The lake is the perfect size for playing around on paddle boats and we brought our kayaks. It really is such a special place. The only negative is the communication with the manager is non existent. I send multiple messages through VRBO, and they never replied to any of them. Luckily I had the ranch foreman's number from last year, so I texted him about all our needs, and he replied immediately. We will definitely be back, but whoever is managing the listings on VRBO needs to take the job more seriously, or they need to find someone else to do it.
