Location to the highway is good. In the past I have stayed in the tower which has nicer rooms. The main building is very old and ugly. The noise from the Train is unbearable. The walls are paper thin.

Well maintained. My neighbor were fighting at night. It was soo noisy but phone wasn't working and no one took any action about it.

The property was clean and easy to get to. Issues were no dinning options close or open. Hot water took 10 minutes as lines needed to be flushed, and there was a weird smell in the room. (Like old take out) Other than that, the stay was just lovely.

We had to switch rooms 3 times as the first 2 were filthy. Then the front desk clerk moved us AGAIN, to a shabbier room, as she realized we had dogs with us. She didn't ask at check-in if we had dogs. Spoke to management in the morning and they advises that we are to contact Expedia for a refund/rebate for the room.

There was no hand soap supplied, there was a stain on the duvet cover, the phones were not working the fire alarm went off in the evening and there was no direction on whether we could go back in or not, at check in it would have been nice if the hostess told us that all the restaurants connected to the hotel closed at 9pm. There were very few outlets outside to plug into and it was -30 or lower!

The pillows were too high and not comfortable to sleep on and the Fridge was not cold throughout the stay. Otherwise, overall everything was good.

The room was cold. I’m 4 nights they cleaned the room twice didn’t restock cups and coffee water takes 10 minutes to warm up to have a shower. Only thing it has going for it is it’s close to downtown

i was checked into a dirty room, the lamp was literally stuck to the night stand. the toilet was constantly running, and the arm chair was heavily stained. my family and i used the room to get ready before dinner, and didn’t notice the room right away. came back around 1-2am and the night auditor was very friendly about it and happily switched us to a king room which was much better. overall stay was okay, but the dirty room was pretty rank.

I hated pretty much everything. The lobby and halls were dirty, carpets were old and stained. The elevators were very grimy. The security latch post was broken off of my door rendering the latch useless. When I first arrived at the room, the door was propped open with the security latch. Making me worry there may be someone in my room. The tv wasn't working. The phone in the room was not connect D. I had no towels. The front desk clerk had to finish a phone call with another r hotel gues that apparently threatened her and other guests, and was was warned to be out of the room by checkout time or she was calling the police The hotel is a complete dump. It's first and you constantly worry about your safety.

Aaah no toilet paper.
The room was clean, but the king size bed had two small pillows and no extra pillows in the room. The phone to call front desk didnt work, there was no toilet paper in the room, i had to go to front desk Myself and get paper. Dirty towel..gross.

The hotel is very easy to access. The room is clean and the beds were comfy. Only thing I did not like was the room is very dark. There is not enough lighting.

POSITIVES: The staff were awesome. Gave me a nice quiet huge kings bed room in the renovated tower at end of hall. Good amenities with nice restaurant, lounge and a subway right inside. Right across from yellow head casino! Good price too! NEGATIVES: room was clean but window missed with dirty handprints all over it. And shower was a pain as wouldn’t stay on the water kept sputtering out of the faucets like something was wrong with the pipes.

The price point was excellent. The room was clean. The live music venue attached to this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Great staff, food and entertainment:-) We did have issues with our sink being plugged. And the picture on the TV was not working. Shared this information with the front end attendant, but they didn't seem too interested.
