Was given wrong room then what was booked online , then had to pay for another which was then dirty, the last room moved to had two queen beds after requesting king bed. Breakfast was good. But won’t be returning

We requested a room on the upper floor and actually got a room on the top floor, other hotels we have stayed in recently have not been able to come through despite email confirmation. Check in and out was quick and painless. All staff were pleasant and accommodating. Our shower, while clean and not in bad shape could use some TLC. The breakfast that was included was one of the better ones we have had anywhere.

Front desk staff were unwelcoming and rude upon checkin. There is a sign at the front desk speaking about the treatment of staff and how rudeness/abuse will not be tolerated. I find that funny as I can see exactly how people become frustrated with the two specific staff working today. It was like they hated their jobs , the guests and everyone was an inconvenience. We will not be returning. Do better Wyndham Garden! Disappointed.

We arrived late after a long flight into Edmonton and were quite hungry. I realize that it being late, there would not be much available at the time, so we checked the front desk shop. The prices were ridiculous. $5 for instant noodles, $6 for a bag of chips.

I'd gladly revisit this hotel for another extended stay for several reasons. Firstly, the spacious fridge in the room allowed me to save money by storing food and drinks, unlike the typical bar fridge. Additionally, its proximity to Costco made it convenient for me to pick up groceries and fuel with just a short drive. I appreciated the stand-up shower, a preferable option to a tub and shower combo. The cleaning staff consistently maintained cleanliness, keeping my garbage bins empty and towels replenished. Special thanks to Erin from the restaurant, who went out of her way to accommodate my request for proper cutlery after a disappointing experience with the previous server.

This hotel is awesome. It will be our new go to whenever we are flying out of Edmonton. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable, they have a free shuttle to the airport. The free breakfast is top-notch, and they also have long-term parking available for a very reasonable price. We were highly impressed and will definitely stay here again.

This is a nice hotel and well kept up. The interior is well kept and the dining area nice and large. The hotel should not scrimp on giving out two soaps, instead of one that needs to be transferred from the sink to the shower and back. A liquid shower soap would be appreciated. We did like the bottled water options and the water refill station in the lobby. Parking around the property was impossible. We had to park on the side of the street for three nights we stayed at the hotel. Great price, though!

We were catching a flight the next day so stayed here because of shuttle to airport and that we could leave our car here for the week we would be gone. There was a restaurant onsite too which was nice as we wanted to not have to drive anywhere, staff were great, would definitely stay here again !
