Staff were fabulous! The breakfast and pool were great! The rooms could be maintained better, not by staff but if corporate could fund those departments more. For how much we paid, I was disappointed that the bath tub had a water bath effect between the original tub and the new liner - they put over top.

Breakfast was pretty good especially for kids. Eggs and bacon or eggs and sausages…waffles, cereal, bread. Plenty of options for the kids. We loved the slide and hot tub. Although we’re not sure how they do maintenance on the pool area. We found a big clump of hair in the pool. My son got sick after swimming in the pool too - Probably accidentally swallowing the water! Property is a bit outdated but fairly clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job on cleaning and replenishing our towels in the room. Overall we will stay again for sure! But will make sure to not stay long at the pool next time.

Was a good hotel, satisfied with the stay, the staff were very nice, the breakfast had lots of variety, the bed was very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience. The only criticism I have is the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade. Everything else was great.

Is great staffing very welcoming, if you have kids this location have great pool and great location close to everthing you need including west Edmonton mall. Sometimes kids are a bit noise but we do have kids so we are Ok with that. I recommend for sure.

Upon arrival, check-in was smooth. The facility needs an upgrade as most of the building interior was dated. Going into the family suite, the lighting was dark and lamps had burnt out bulbs. The one king bed had yellow stains on the head of the bed. Requested for new sheets, and an employee that was not in uniform came with sheets. How do we identify who works for this hotel? The shower felt like there was something going on with where we stand. Unsure if its the rubber thats installed into it, or the structure. Stains throughout the carpet and walls. Only one elevator was operable. Continental breakfast was good and organized. Corporate needs to take time and take care of this location. It is time for an upgrade on the facility.

Enjoyed the hot breakfast. Room with king bed was spacious. Waterslide was good. Hot tub jets weren't working. Pool could be larger for swimming.

We found the location of the property very convenient for our stay in Edmonton. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and water slide. Staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Overall cleanliness was alright, some areas were definitely over looked. We were still comfortable during our day.

Furniture was dirty. Floor was dirty in the bathroom. The headboard was also not cleaned and there was hair hanging. Furniture was outdated. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Rust on all the chairs where the pool is, pool was dirty.

Staff was amazing and so very friendly. The room was clean and spacious (King room with a pull out couch). Free breakfast was delicious and differs each morning. Only small complaint was that the sprinkler didn't work in the pool. But the slide was depth was amazing for families with smaller children. 10/10 would stay here again.
