This os the first time in my life to give a review. But I couldn’t keep this to myself. Never again! Radisson should not be allowed to operate as half a star hotel even. This is by far the worst of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. To start, the elevator and common areas were dirty, as if haven’t been clean for a while. The drapes in room itself was also had weird smudges on them that I dared not touch them. The to refrigerator was also not that clean. There were some light switches with some weird reddish substance on them that I also would not dare touch them. The king bed had a fitted sheet that probably of a queen bed. As soon as I climbed into bed the sheet started coming off the sides. The pillows are the worst I seen in any hotel. Super high and their size is most probably for a single bed. There were four pillows all very high and uncomfortable, which kept me up all night. To make things worse, the walls are so thin that every time someone in an adjacent room took a piss I heard the loud sound of the toilet. Not to mention the guy in the next room that kept getting calls between 1:30 am and 5:30 am and talking with his callers on speaker in loudest of manners. It was I was sleeping in the same room as him. My advice don’t stay here you are better off in a motel!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable mattresses. My pillows were 👎 lumpy but other than that it was a good hotel to spend the night before a flight. The airport shuttle was on time and quick.

Positives: The staff is exceptionally friendly. The internet connection is consistently stable and reliable. Convenient proximity to the airport, with the option for shuttle service. Areas for Improvement: Lack of ventilation in the rooms, as windows are unable to be opened and there is no airflow system. This was particularly problematic in the specific room I stayed in. Not sure about other rooms. Uniformity in pillow size and rigidity, with no option for adjustment or selection of different sizes. The area surrounding the hotel appears unkempt and dirty, with noticeable litter, even in the parking area, creating a negative first impression upon arrival.

Check in was a pleasant experience and the hotel smells nice. The beds and counter surfaces are clean. There was no remote in the room and the phone wouldn't work to call front desk. I went and asked the desk about the remote and they had a replacement. We had to keep our socks on in the room because the floor doesn't look like its been cleaned in a long time. There is hair all over the floor in the room and the bathroom. There is pee around the toilet on the floor. There is dirt on the floor. I didn't immediately notice the messes as the floor patterns hide it. I'd request a different room but its late and if this room's floor doesn't get cleaned, I doubt the others do either. I'd not recommend this hotel as it's not the cheapest, doesn't have breakfast included and doesn't put cleaning as a priority.

Room 102. As per our request we were assigned a pet friendly room. The room was large which was appreciated. However, the room was worn and there was ample room for cleanliness. There was a broken hanger laying beside the safe and my dog found a ball under the chair, which is an indication that proper and thorough vacuuming is not happening. A white substance on the side table has clearly been neglected for awhile too. Additionally, the bedding needs replacing. The sheets were very, very thin and worn. I understand it’s a pet friendly room, however humans are the one staying and paying.

There was holes in the walls, wallpaper peeling off the room they gave us was still dirty. The bed wasn’t even made. The shower was dirty. I could go on and on it was disgusting.

I had booked 2 nights but only stayed for one. I had blood stains on my pillow case. There was a ild key card on the desk chair that was there showing not areas had been cleaned. Was not able to get a refund from Expedia on my second night.
