The owner came off a little abrasive until the furnance was fixed but it made the group uncomfortable. Things were much better after. Communication was quicker over text versus app. Be aware of the construction in the area. Not bad just slightly annoying. We were in town for two nights for a wedding with 9 guest ranging in age from 4-83\. The house was accessible for my grandma and well equipped with everything we needed.
