It was exceptionally warm in Edmonton when we visited. The first hotel we went to the A/C wasn't working so we came to this one. I was told the A/C was working fine, and to be fair it was working. The challenge was it was not on at all when we entered the room and it was stifling hot, clearly the A/C that they had in the room was undersized. The room did not finally cool to an acceptable level until about 6-7am the next morning. Needless to say the sleep was terrible at best. At one point both my son and I ripped the blankets off the bed and put them on the floor to sleep on the floor as it was the coolest part of the room and could actually get some sleep, not comfortable, but sleep nonetheless. Would not recommend, certainly not on a hot day.

First of all, the gentleman at the front reception desk blurted out-loud my room number so that the people behind me could hear. I’m a single woman with two small children, I didn’t find it professional nor safe and secure. Second, the WiFi’s network isn’t secure and did not have the proper password security in order to keep it from compromise.

Very weak to nothing wi-fi during my stay inside my room. Very very low shower pressure. The vanity faucet has strong pressure than the shower. Only good for one day stay in my opinion. Very old facilty.

Could not get out of my hotel room as the lock was broken. Finally switched rooms. The shampoo was poor and noisy people speaking in 50 million languages. Fights broke out due to hockey game plays etc.

Door lock was broken when leaving room, maintenance was called several times with no reply. Foreigners yelling in 20 billion languages at all hours of the night. Have to call for room service everyday or nothing gets done. Room service and hotel desk people barley speak English save a couple of front desk employees.
