What some of our guests do not love as much about our listing: \-This home does have a downstairs suite that is also a short term rental AND there is a possibility that the downstairs guests may have pets. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and HVAC system. \-Our home does not have A/C, however, we do offer tall tower fans to help cool down the space in those warm summer months and opening the windows as well will create a great cross breeze! This guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with one king size bed, one queen size bed and a comfortable queen pull out/fold down couch in the living room! All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly! Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, washer and dryer, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
