We run a check with you to confirm the state of the suite upon check-in • Home features three large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a king-size bed. Very comfortable mattress, two nightstands with bedside lamps, an attached balcony overlooking downtown and Victoria Park, a fully equipped walk-in bathroom, four king-size pillows, and a spacious walk-in closet. Pictures don’t do it justice – you will love it! Rooms can conveniently sleep two adults and a child . Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature queen-size beds with comfortable mattresses, four pillows each, nightstands with bedside lamps, and a Jack and Jill fitted bathroom. Each room can comfortably accommodate 2 people. There is a park and play that serves as a crib for individuals with a child • All rooms come with three bleached and sanitized towels (9 face and body towels in total) • Each bathroom comes with wash clothes, body wash, shampoo, tissues, and hair dryer(you will be provided enough for your stay at all times) • There is an in-suite dedicated laundry area always comes with laundry soap and an iron. • The living area is a gorgeously decorated space with modern-day furniture's and a dedicated work area • The official dining area is beautifully decorated with modern-day dishware to wow your guests. Dining area sleeps 6 • Easy self-check-in at any time. You are greeted with a weed filled front and back yard. We found the cleanliness was sub par. There were crumbs on the staircase going upstairs, human hair on and in the bathroom fixtures and you can see dust in the carpet where the vacuum didn’t cover. Then noticed other comments said the address was wrong online but it had not been fixed. Called Derik (she/her) who never answered and only wanted to text and she sent new address. House was brand new, clean and very nicely appointed. However, the picture shows grass in front and there is none in front or back. The house isn't properly set up yet either. There were paper curtains in kitchen area that you needed to fold and clip by hand, there were no blankets on the beds, only a thin cover which wasn't warm enough, it sleeps 6 but only wine glasses and glasses for 4, and no chairs to sit on the back deck. I was also on a busy street and not near downtown as stated. However the space was nicely decorated and comfortable for 6 adults. ##### Lynn J.
