Gather in the living room on one of two comfortable couches to watch a movie on the 60-inch Smart TV, all while enjoying the cozy ambiance of the electric fireplace. The modern, fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with bar stools, making meal prep a breeze. This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children, with additional bedding provided for two guests on the couches. For our youngest visitors, a crib and high chair are available. The fun continues in the dedicated playroom and the large, fenced backyard, which boasts a trampoline, basketball hoop, swing, and a deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. We are in no ways responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to the building or your possessions that may occur during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance from third parties. 13\. Indoor garbage bins are provided with bags in the kitchen and the bathrooms. If they are filled, please drop the tied bags into the large black bin in the garage. 14\. Food and organic waste and oils must not be thrown into kitchen sink but collected in the small green bin provided in the kitchen. Once full, please empty that into the large green bin in the garage. 15\. Bottles/packages containing drinkable liquids to be placed in the big blue bin in garage. 16\.
