I had an excellent stay. This was a quick business trip for 2 nights. I had an issue with one of the suitcase’s handle, which came loose. I asked the front desk if they had some wire to fix it and the maintenance person came with his tools and did magic and got it fixed even better than original. I’m so grateful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The service in the restaurant was also very good. I had to leave by 4:30 am to the airport and they scheduled the shuttle right on time. Very friendly staff and manager. The only two things I did not like was that someone left garbage and half eaten food outside the elevator hall in my floor. It took a while to get it cleaned. Not a very welcoming view when one arrives. The other thing, which I am aware does not depend on staff, is that walls are still paper thin and the hotel can be noisy some times.

Beds comfy. Room was clean. Train was loud but hotel provided ear plugs which helped.

Airport shuttle goes right to the property, which is great! Train tracks right beside the building, but they supply earplugs to compensate for it. Overall good experience. Continental breakfast would have been nice though.

This hotel has become a favourite while travelling out of Canada and needing a hotel near the airport! If you are needed somewhere to stay this hotel is extremely clean, pool is good and hot tub is nice after a long day.

Very nice rooms but the nearby train comes every 15 minutes and not good for light sleepers. Shuttle to airport is convenient. Good restaurant

This is our third stay and it is always great. It’s reasonably priced, has a really good restaurant, nice rooms, lots of conveniences, and the service is excellent. It’s our go-to place when flying out of Edmonton International Airport.
