We sat in the room for about 15 minutes and there was a dog barking and kids running up and down the hall. The noise was constant and so loud it was like there was no noise insulation. When we called the front desk we mentioned what was going on and the girl told us that she would check us out at the front desk no problem. So we then looked for and booked another hotel. When we went to the front desk she told us that the bill was still charged to the credit card. We could not believe this as she made it sound over the phone that she would help us just get checked out she didn’t mention anything about billing us and in the meantime, I put another charge on my credit card for a new room. She told us that all hotels are super noisy and we should just expect that and she can’t do anything it hotel policy to still charge full price. We will never come back to this hotel and we will recommend everyone else not to. We found another hotel around the same price point and it was much cleaner and more quiet.

The property, the room, the furniture, was old and outdated. And if you get put in a room that is among the swimming pool hallway, it is very noisy! However, the staff was very helpful and moved us to another room. The staff was great.

Really clean, staff were very nice, size of the room was great! A little noisy with people checking in and dogs barking inside the hotel by my room but settled quietly after.

I was charged extra fee for no reason and when tried to get my complementary breakfast it was a zoo with way too many people and no place to sit and enjoy our food.

Suite with a kitchenette is a great option however the cookware & supplies were not good. The stovetop hot plate is too small and the sink is too deep. A family of 5 should be given the appropriate amount of plates/bowls/silverware and towels! Because we were given enough for only 2 people I constantly had to ask the front desk for more supplies. The hotel overall was comfortable and clean and the staff was helpful

Likes: no carpet in rooms, updated decor, good breakfast options, clean rooms. Dislikes: family friendly = loud. Our room was near breakfast area and the same hallway as pool. Recommend asking for an upper floor room. Breakfast was under staffed and they struggled to keep tables clean and enough clean dishes. Breakfast area looked like a bomb had gone off. Hot tub is the size of a tea cup. Overall, my family will look for a new spot for our next trip.

Nice property, the fans in the washrooms are not the best at getting out steam. Room felt muggy at times so we had to blast AC on a day when it was -30 outside. That said, it was a great experience given the terrible weather .
