The rooms could use some TLC, shower floor looked dirty, areas around bottom of shower door is moldy and dirty. Bed was hard, no box spring, pillows are flat.

I booked thru third party ( Expedia ) while doing our booking on the App it showed the room has breakfast included and when we checked in we were informed that there is no breakfast included We were just very disappointed with the experience where the app says something while booking and when you check in it’s a different story Even the staff was not helpful when we reached out Not happy with the overall situation and experience and will refrain from using them

This hotel offfered a safe, quiet, good night’s sleep with helpful and courteous staff. It would be nice if the restaurant provided room service but the food is great and they are happy to provide a carry out if you prefer to eat in your room. I often stay here when I have an early flight and have never been disappointed.

Where are my clothes :(
I checked out on Nov 14, 2023, after a five-night stay. The next day, Nov 15, 2023, I realized I had forgotten my clothes in the dresser of the room. I called the hotel and was told I would receive a call back within 15 minutes. I didn't receive a call back, so I called again the next day. I was told they would investigate and get back to me. No one called be back. I called again, today, November 21, 2023, and before looking into anything I was told I didn't get a call back because they didn't find anything. I said I was told I would receive a call back. She took my information and once again told they would investigate and call me back. Once again, I heard nothing back. Of course I should have removed my belongings but surely things happen. I don't understand how 6 days of clothing disappeared after one day and no one can bother to address it. I am disappointed and uncomfortable that someone took my underwear. I would not recommend staying there.

There was only one elevator working for a six floor facility. The bed was extremely too hard! Felt like I was sleeping on the floor! Positive, really liked the pillows, they were soft.

Was dated. I booked specifically to use the hot tub and there was a drunk(?) really loud couple in there that made it difficult to enjoy. There are better options for less money that include breakfast near by. Will be going to those other places next time.

Our room was so dirty. the bathroom smelt like urine. We asked to change rooms only to find a big blood stain on the bed in the new room. Front desk clerk was more concerned about playing on his phone and not our stay.

The property is on the outskirts of town with nothing close. We had asked for a pet free room due to allergies and when we arrived we had been given a room on the main floor which is where the animals can stay. They did accommodate a move to a higher floor. The receptionist said that animals were allowed throughout the hotel but other staff members had told us differently. Each time we spoke to a hotel staff member we seemed to be given different information. We originally booked this hotel because we were told that long term parking was free. I had phoned specifically to check the long term parking rates. When we were checking in they told us there would be a charge. Again, they honoured what we had been told but it is uncomfortable to have these problems. We travel often and usually stay at another hotel. We will be going back to where we normally stay.

Guest room not cleaned from last occupant
Stayed in the king size room, however, the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest. I requested it to be cleaned. However, upon arriving back it hadn’t been done. Housekeeping and front desk did nothing to fix this

I checked out at 7am for a flight, which ended up being cancelled. Front desk was gracious enough to let me return to my room for a few hours to figure out logistics. They didn’t need to, and I really appreciate them for being so accommodating. I’ve stayed several times before and this just reinforces the reasons why. Thank you guys!

Elevator was quite noisy - sounds like it could use attention.. too bad hot tub was out of service. Would have preferred knowing that shuttle service nakes several stops before going to airport, Reception was friendly and very helpful. Cleanliness was great.

Hotel was great but in an industrial area. Fortunately there was an in-house restaurant. Nothing else close by if one does not have a vehicle. Overall enjoyed my stay
