What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
-Our home has two basement suites which are separate units for other short term rentals.

Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 queen size beds, and a large sofa bed you can set up in the spacious living room.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest access
You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the garage located the back (west) side of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Mayfield Common - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

Other things to note
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. A garage opener for the garage out back behind the house will be located in the home on the kitchen counter.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.

Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $750 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Not a "French Garden Escape"
Pros: This property is in a great location, close to WEM and a fantastic restaurant Rebel. The inside of the house is clean. Cons: 1. No A/C, whilst we knew that there wasn't any A/C it was unbearable in there! Two of the fans provided worked, the others didn't swivel and were broken. They were aware we were arriving and at minimum they could have at least put the fans on prior to arrival. 2. Having Tenants in the basement is a bit unnerving and and the back yard "French Garden Escape" is cluttered with trash, rubbish, it stinks and is beyond unsightly. The patio stairs leading to the back yard and garage are wobbly and a hazard. The patio furniture that is advertised is broken, and with no A/C and a backyard full of hub caps, debris, and garbage you wouldn't want to sit out there anyways. There was a tree in the backyard that was leaning on the power/cable lines (hazard for tenants and anyone going to the garage) and the following day we were notified by one of the tenants that it had collapsed. Overhaul impression of this property would be *** three stars.

Clean, spacious, good location
The home has been renovated was in good condition, cleaning service is great. No A/C, but we were aware. The fans helped. The kitchen has basics provided to make your own meals. The bedrooms spacious. The yard is not useable & shared by 2 basement tenants. Only an older bistro set on balcony deck. No bbq. Location was great and easy to get to the UOfA , the zoo, the West Ed Mall. The property manager answered questions quickly. Check out was simple. Would give this home a 3.5-4 star ⭐️
