It’s unique to be able to walk amongst the endless stores and attraction in one of the worlds largest malls… and then walk into your room and relax after a full day.

They do not have good consideration for late check out. They will give you only half an hour (check out is 11:00am). I paid for extra 2 hrs at $50, it should have been out for 1:30pm but said only be at 1:00pm. Technically, they did not honor the late check out for 30 minutes but paid for it anyway, the way it turns out. The only plus is the location if you are shopping.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean! Fun for the kids! Some communication issues between staff and it was a bit hard to get replacement supplies for the room. Overall amazing experience.

We absolutely loved our stay, the room fit our family of six perfectly and staff was super helpful. My only issue would be the price point for room service based on the quality of the actual food. I wasn’t overly impressed with the beef dip or the chicken sandwich. Everything else was perfect!

Building or property is cool but the noise level if the heatervis the room gave me serious migraine. I enjoyed the meal i ordered from the hotel the staff were professional. The TV channels were limited to 4 station that was not good enough. If the Noise level from heater is taken out then i cN try lodging again

Our room was moldy as there was no ventilation. It was so damp, we froze at night. You opened the door and you could immediately feel how damp it was. The room beside us was conjoining, and the people were extremely loud at all hours. We were moved to a slightly less damp room, however the windows were still constantly dripping. Also, the elevators were a nightmare. More need to be added, coming from the 12th floor, we often stopped at EVERY floor going down. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is in a convenient location due to only coming to experience the mall. The air container made the floor wet and my husbands clothes saturated from the moisture coming out of the wall conditioner!

Great hotel while you are at WEM, but to be a dog friendly hotel I would hope for better access to green space and walking paths. It was all cement and had to walk through parkades and driveways to try to find grass. I really enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t stay here with my dog again.

NOT my fantasy. Bunk bed covering window and beside heating/cooling register. Double bed with platform 18 inches high and another 18 inches up to bed - not possible for senior. Large wooden bedposts blockiing view to TV. No saftely bars to get in and out of jacuzzi tub. Very weak jets. Old heating system. Bunk beds in way to open curtains to see the view. No place to hang towels in bathroom. Mirrors on ceiling in family room. Needs updating. No offer to change rooms.

We often book for the convenience & accessibility to the mall. Customer service is fantastic, with front desk, porters, phone service & housekeeping. We also got a good deal as we booked way ahead of time. As always, there’s always more room for improvement! Our room is pretty basic, but allowed 5 of us to be comfortable with the bunk bed. The room smelled kinda musty & damp, as we figured there was no fan option in the bathroom. There was also some lag in communication with the person I was able to text with in the beginning. Check in/out can be time consuming if you don’t plan ahead, and this hotel seriously needs more elevators. Otherwise, hopefully in the future we can book a theme room, for a good deal.

The grout in the shower needs to be cleaned and redone, it is black and looks frightening. Location is great- don’t have to go outside to go browse the mall
