Perfect location for me, was exactly what I needed, I was helping my daughter move and needed a place near her apartment and her work. I also needed a quiet neighborhood, and the unit is located on a quiet street. The unit is brand new, beautiful and modern furniture and appliances. You will find everything you need for a longer stay. Pictures are true likeliness and actually it’s more comfortable than expected. If there is a downside it is that the unit is a basement suite. And you can hear the people upstairs walking and talking and doing laundry. It did not bother me as per quiet hours (except for the 3:30 am laundry one night). Parking is on street, was not an issue for me, I have a small car and was there 3 nights midweek in April. The landscaping is not done yet (dirt layes- no grass) but there are concrete sidewalks to lead to unit. The communication was great. I really enjoyed the comfort of the unit and definitely recommend and would stay there again when visiting my daughter in Edmonton. Thank you to Angela and Justin, I hope to stay with you again.
