The area is very sketchey, graffite on the hotel building outside.We had to pay extra for secure parking! Was advertised to have a pool so we told the kids and then got here and there is no pool just a hot tub! The price is outragious for what you get! Went to the resturant for supper and a simple buger was $25.00 No breakfest included ! Had we known all of this we never would have stayed here! Next time we will stay at the Delta! This place is a ripoff!

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Great place to stay. The area is a bit rougher but has so many great places close by to shop and eat at. Beautiful views. The hotel has 3 elevators. When we arrived two were functional but by the time we left only one was which makes it very difficult to get up and down. Rooms are great size and beds were very comfortable. Bar/restaurant closes a bit early on weekends

Only issue was one elevator was working during a sold out weekend at the hotel. It took us 15 min to wait to go from main lobby to our floor - other than that good place

Easy to find. Parking was good outside but unable to park in the parkade because of angled door. Rooms were great, but didn’t like the glass bathroom door. The light shined right through the door when everyone was sleeping and someone would use the bathroom.

The hotel location was sketchy. Many transient people and ALL the main floor building windows were smashed. We didnt feel safe walking around. Also we thought that breakfast was included but the hotel kitchen is just for looks. Staff was nice.

Conveniently located, great rates and good people. Staff are kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, but a little bit worn down (walls a bit damaged from bags, bathroom tile grout a bit worn). I would stay again based on the overall experience.

Great value, especially in comparison to other nearby hotels. The rooms were clean and fresh and the building was very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the Convention Centre which was the reason for my stay. I’ll be back again for sure.

Stood in line for about 30 min to check in and were greeted by overworked staff. One room was not ready, booked 2, got one, the other room we didn’t get until 2:30am. (We did go to a Oilers game but upon returning late we still needed to wait about 40 min to get the 2nd room) All the windows on the ground level were broken and some had plywood covering. Witnessed numerous folks smoking crack across the street. Parking garage is nearly impossible to enter without assistance from someone else to swipe card as it’s tight to get into. Had to stop and back up traffic as you need to stop 10’ short to get out and swipe card to open garage door. We had no idea there was a breakfast as front desk staff did not tell us anything about the property and that it is located on the 2nd floor which cannot be seen from the lobby when checking in. Price was fair, reason for booking here, but stayed on the top floor and what ever equipment is running on the roof sounded like it was sleeping beside us.

Our room was poorly cleaned after the previous guest. The Keurig coffee machine wasn’t cleaned and had a used pod left in it. There were no new pods for coffee in the morning. Phone calls to the front desk for more toilet paper and coffee were answered, but no coffee or toilet paper was brought to the room. We had half a roll of toilet paper in the room with no extra rolls. Garbage in the garbage can from previous guest. Dead bugs all over the window sill. Not enough towels in the bathroom. There were no towels at the hot tub. When asked to bring towels to the hot tub the lady seemed like it was a huge inconvenience to her. The server at the restaurant for our first breakfast obviously hated her job. She was absolutely miserable. There were no clean tables available and a fair bit of food garbage on the floor. I had to wipe my own table before sitting down, even though there were very few other tables occupied by guests. The area around the hotel seemed unsafe and stunk like urine and feces. There were many windows on the ground floor of the building were all smashed out and patched with plywood. I would recommend staying somewhere else.
