The suite has sound-reducing insulation, and we’re mindful about keeping noise to a minimum. For added comfort, two white noise machines are provided—one in each bedroom—should you wish to use them during your stay. ✴️Your health & safety is our priority, so we thoroughly clean and disinfect after every stay. We enforce a strict no-smoking, no drugs including marijuana, no-party policy ($250 fine for violations) will be charged to the credit card used for the booking and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Unauthorized guests incur a $50/night fee, and late checkouts without approval (subject to availability) cost $60/hour. ✴️You are more than welcome to smoke outside, and please dispose of cigarette butts in the black bin located on our side of the property (not the neighbor's side).
