Rooms are fine & comfortable. Has ammenities like gym & swimming pool. In Uniqueness its is spacious interms of passage, dinning room, reception, washrooms etc. Breakfast we struckly OK. There was a power outage during the morning we had to checkout for 1 hour which caused lot of trouble. My wife took shower in dark, had to take stairs, I took shower in swimming pool area because it was having sunlight brightness. But could shave due to darkness. Such a big hotel company doesn't have power generator to supply power during outages? Receptionist have a lot of anwers like I dont know and giving to thought to think further. Did like reception staff were not helping atall.

Property seems quiet. We had a vehicle dropped off by family a couple of days before we got here as we were gone from home for 3 months. We stayed here last year too and weren’t charged for the parking. We live two and a half hours away from here.

Room was in need of some maintenance. Light over the bathtub went on for a few seconds, then off each time we tried to use it. Maid hasn't noticed this and reported it? Lights on each side of the mirror, one had the frosted glass over the bulb, the other side had a bare bulb with no glass cover. Not big things, but an indication that attention to detail is missing. The waffle iron at breakfast is broken. The timer doesn't work. I noticed when the waffle was starting to burn. As I'm pulling out the burnt waffle, The staff commented that they knew the timer was broken...

Most of our stay was favourable. A disappointment was the lack of plant-based options for breakfast, considering it is close to an international airport and also offers conference accesses. Many people, adult and children, are lactose intolerant..so even non- dairy milk for cereal would have been appreciated.

We get a request for a plant-based option once every 6 months, this makes it very difficult to keep on site for those possibilities. We will pass it on to our owners though to see if we can find some alternatives that are easier to store/keep.
