This is a cozy little house on the outskirts of town where myself and three colleagues/friends held a weekend writing retreat. Having four bedrooms was great as it ensured everyone had a room. The rooms are all comfortably furnished and it was great to have the big window to look at the snowfall as we wrote in the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can want and the hosts are very communicative, making this an easy check in/check out process. The house is super clean, the check in process was simple and easy. The owners thought of the little things, which was such a special touch! They have coffee, creamer, tea, and hot chocolate available. There were lots of towels for everyone, as well as toiletries in case you forget anything. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place. Be mindful though that it is not a party house, and noise after 10pm is not tolerated. Likely the best place I have rented, and way better than a hotel! ##### Mandy M. This property is excellent. Beautifully decorated, with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. High end appliances and plenty of dishes, good quality cooking utensils, king bed, spotless clean and the best of all - an extremely easy and chore free check out process. Communication with the hosts was seamless, check-in, instructions and check-out process extremely easy and well set up. And the price was a dream. It is really worth it to stay here. We held our team building retreat at the BoHo Modern Retreat and it was exactly what we needed with easy access in and out from those joining from YEG or those driving up from south of Edmonton.
