However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast! Our house comfortably sleeps 12 guests with 2 king size beds, 4 queen size beds \- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! Guest access You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the garage located the back (west) side of the home, large private deck with brand new patio furniture with lots of seating room and a private propane BBQ. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks. 2\. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes. 3\. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee. All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal. Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes. We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect.
