On the plus side the price was good and the room was spacious, the wifi seemed good and the bathroom had been updated. On the down side, the room was in need of update, the carpet had a 4" piece torn out in front of the couch, the wall behind the table was dirty and needed paint, the two chairs at the table had seriously worn out upholstery.

Excellent place to stay comfortable very friendly and helpful staff and you cannot beat the price it is our new place to stay when we get to Edmonton and if you like Indian and Pakistani food check out the restaurant next to the Hotel it was awesome.
